Over my many years in HR I, at times, think I have seen or heard just about as much as anyone else has. But recently I experienced "one for the record."
We had an employee drug tested (random suspicion) and the test came back positive for marijuana(high level by the way).
When the party was confronted with the test results, believe it or not, this is what they said to me "You told me I was being tested for controlled drugs, not marijuana. This isn't fair."
What is so wrong with this picture? People simply never cease to amaze me!
