complaint about perfumes and air fresheners

Hi! I'm a lead workforce engagement specialist with a large health insurance company. It's been a while since I've visited the forum.

We have an Illinois employee complaining that due to health conditions other employees' perfumes and air fresheners are making the employee sick.
I'm checking to find out what the health condition is and if we can/should accomodate.
Any other suggestions?
