I'm new to this position (HR)and am still learning a great deal from all of you. I am asking for your help at the behest of a friend, knowing that I am in HR felt that I would have the answer. I don't so here goes.
This friend is going for a job interview and has a planned family reunion in November. Airline tickets have be purchased and it is a very important trip for him as there are several family members that will not be with us much longer. The question is when should this information be reveled in the interview process?
