Is there a specified time limit an employee has on COBRA to submit payments after his/her initial payment?

For example, if there is an employee who has been submitting COBRA payments on time for a couple months but now has not paid the past 3 months but wishes to maintain coverage, do I have the right to pull the plug at some point?

Basically they have 45 days after the initial election of COBRA and 30 days for subsequent payments. I say "basically", because there are exceptions such as, if the payment is short or if the employer has a grace period more than 30 days. If any of these apply, let me know and I'll continue.

Right, I know about the 45 days after election. However, this employee elected COBRA and sent in her first 3 or 4 payments and then proceeded to stop sending in payments. I have sent numerous letters and left voicemails but haven't had any responses back. I was given no indication that she wished to end COBRA, she's actually still an employee here (went from full-time to part-time) but I just can't seem to get in touch with her. My question is, do I have the legal right at this point to cancel her coverage since she is approximately 90 days late on her first missed payment?
