Applicant Tracking Software

I was wondering what applicant tracking software everyone uses, and what they would recommend. Presently, what tracking we do we use Excel.

We are possibly getting into federal work, so we would want the software to collect data for OFCCP. We would like to have the software serve as our resume database (electronically) to mostly eliminate having paper copies.

I have two full-time recruiters.

I'm just getting started so any help is appreciated!

I use Microsoft Access. We are a 200-employee manufacturing company--federal contractor--and Access has served me well over the past 17 years. The tracking software I have priced has been very expensive. We just went through an AAP audit and I had no problems with the OFCCP.

We use Access as well. I was able to create my own database and forms that work well for our situation.

I am not sure if its the best route but it has worked for us.

I would be happy to change if I could find a program that was customizable and user friendly.
