Performance Review Systems

Do any of you use an automated Performance Review System where it is actually done on line and computed electronically. Also, does the one you use have multi-rater capabilities.

We have been using Halogen E360 for the last 3 or 4 years. We love it. We do 360 degree reviews, so our employee's solicit for 4 reviews from peers and then their supervisor does one and they must complete a self evaluations. This system works great for our needs.
