Orientation Surveys for New Hires

Hello guys and gals....

Does anyone have a new hire survey for employees to complete with refence to our orientation program? If so, would you be so kind as to share it with me.

We don't currently survey new hires but its an interesting idea.

SHRM also has two sample new hire surveys on their website if you are a SHRM member.

What has led you to decide you need to begin surveying new hires? When would you administer the survey? Immediately following orientation? After 30 or 60 days? Just curious.
