Hiring a Janitor

Ok, I admit I am having a senior moment, but I can not figure out where to go to find out how many hours on a regular basis would it take for a janitor to clean approximately 22,000 square feet of office space? I have been tasked to hire for this job and I have no idea if I need one or ten.

Have a service come in and give you a bid. They should be able to tell you really fast. Might be good to have for comparison anyway.
