In need of a Bonus Structure Plan

In the past our company has given bonuses on a discretionary basis- now they are looking to make it more structured by attaining certain goals related to sales and bottom line profit. Does anyone have a guideline or a bonus plan that they would be willing to share so I can get some ideas. I have put something together but it is really basic... Thanks Much
