Employee Classifaction Terms

As of 1/01/06, we are expanding many of our benefits to include employees working 24 to 38 hours. Previously, our classifications were full time or part time. But we will now have employees who are part time with benefits and part time without benefits (less than 24 hours). What terms do other people use? Thanks

We use "regular part-time" for those with standard weekly hours of 20 or more and they are eligible for benefits. We have other part-timers that we call "casual labor" that have flex work schedules who's work fluctates based on our staffing needs and their availability.

Part Time and Part Time - Benefits eligible. I ran into that somewhere but don't remember where. I think that a lot of companies don't make a distinction, at least pertaining to title, but say something like "part time employees who work X hours will receive X benefits" in their employee handbook.
