I have to make a presentation to the senior executives and justify the number of people needed to manage AAPs. If you are responsible for AAPs, could you share with me how many employees work full-time/part-time on your AAPs,their job titles, how many AAPs you prepare each year, total number of employees, and type of business. We are a manufacturing company with approximately 200 employees. I prepare one AAP in January each year. I am the only one who is responsible for it. I keep track of employees throughout the year and it takes me about a month to put everything together and finalize the Plan.

Thanks for your quick response! You helped me once before when I had a question or two. I was in the same situation as you are a few years back...One AAP, 200 employees, etc. I really enjoyed it. Now I have 65 Plans, 5000 employees and still just me! But this is exactly the info I need to gather. Thanks again!

We have a multitude of different areas in the company: retail, manufacturing, distributon, construction, etc. with 130,000 ees. We do an AAP for each area through our HR Diversity department. Not sure how many people work exclusively on the AAP, but we have a Manager, one full-time Specialist, and several Clerks that work on the AAP, goals, etc.
