Follow-up - Suicide

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 09-29-05 AT 10:09AM (CST)[/font][br][br]Just thought I'd inform you: I had posed a question about one of our firefighters who committed suicide after suffering a torn meniscus, and his wife was claiming death benefits under WC. We just got the initial determination from the Administrative Law Judge and he says 'no'. Her attorney appealed the decision within 3 days of its issuance. Time will tell.

Nice to see the ALJ actually used their brain. Hopefully it will go away, as it should on appeal.

DOes not matter..........a torn miniscus is not a big deal, certainly not something that would could or should ever take someone over the edge...
