Expatriate relocation policy and procedures

My company is having an employee relocate for 1 year to the UK. We have no Expatriate relocation information. Any assistance anyone can provide would be greatly appreciate.

Outsource it. If you've never done it before and you don't have a program in place forget trying to do it yourself.

We send employees to Mexico and Australia to our growing and harvesting operations there, but we pretty much just give them a plane ticket and wish them the best of luck.
