Hotline vendors - request feedback

We are currently reviewing vendors for our hotline which we established for confidential reporting of employee complaints regarding discrimination & harassment etc. and Sarbanes Oxley allegations of financial mismanagement. We currently have a sytem that is strictly by phone and are looking at vendors who also provide web service. Has anyone dealt with any of the following vendors and can give me some feedback - positive or negative - on the vendors or their systems/services? The vendors are: Silent whistle, Ethics Point, Wackenhunt, National and Network. Thanks!
