Welcome to the forum, although this got on the wrong area of the operation. But, there is no fed requirement, so Oh law would dictate whether and when. In Mi there are no requirements.
Federally, you can work 24 hours a day for 7 days straight with no break (much less no requirement when breaks should be.) However, if break is less than approximately 30 minutes, you pay it. I would check with your labor dept to get your law (or look up in the newsletters.) TN, CT, CA do have laws, but GA doesn't. E Wart

A No. Under Ohio law, employers are not required to give lunch or restroom breaks. However, if an employee is under 18 years of age, the employer is required to give the employee a half hour break for every five hours worked.
