Predictive Index - How do you like it

My company is considering using the Predictive Index as a tool to screen out applicants, both internal and external, for positions.

The PRO we did on a technical sales position proved very valuable in key players understanding what this job takes.

Any successes (or failures) you could share with me so I try not to repeat errors and can use your experience to make our company better.

One thought, the owners and executives of my company do not believe in playing games with people as a result of information from the PI, as I have heard from other organizations.
