Gotta say goodbye, friends

Well, I have been the latest victim of a RIF at my company and wanted to tell you all that if you see posts by another 'Twocher", it won't be me. I have been so enlightened and entertained by all of the posts on this forum and feel like I am losing friends. Pork and Don, I so much appreciate the wisdom and fun you both contribute and will really miss you all. I am writing this from home as I still had the login and password and couldn't pass up the opportunity to let you all know what you have meant to me over the years. I didn't post all that often but read the posts daily. Bless all of you, and even though I didn't mention your screen names above, you each have brought something special to my work life. Remember me as the lady who wrote the "Do not ever make this recipe" post. Most sincerely, Jill Wells

This is not good news, to say the least. I remember you for much more than the 'do not make' thread, although I enjoyed that one. Your contributions were always appreciated. You'll be back in the swing of it before you know it. Use this brief time off as a 'retooling' chapter in life. Good people are a hot commodity and you're one of the good ones. Best of luck!

Jill: We wish you well and certainly hope to see your name on the FORUM again and soon. As others have said, it is just another page, and the story gets better every day. I have been in your shoes 4 times and it never feels good, but the "coming out party" is greater for having experienced a turn of the page in life. You will be in our prayers and you will be Blessed. Ours will not be so Blessed, because you will not soon be with us.
