ER Size & Which Laws Apply

Many moons ago, I remember seeing a chart of sorts that showed the various federal laws and how many employees a company had to have before the law affected them.

Anyone have such an animal or recall where I can find it?

I used to have something like that in my book "The Personnel Director's Legal Guide", but haven't seen anything similar since. Having just said that, I discover that another book "Oregon and Federal Employment Law Manual" contains just such a table. If you want to send on a fax number I'll pass it on to you.

Also, I think the HR Qicklist publication that HR Hero sells has it too.

Gneil used to send these as a "freebie" if you bought enough rip-off $99 Federal All In One's from them. I will look for one and fax it. I used ot have several.

Yes, but 'white-out' the copyright information at the bottom before you fax it.
