We're looking to provide some training in the area of electronic signatures (legality/pitfalls) and other similar technologies...

I've been searching,but I'm coming up with a lot of information for the UK and Australia, but not in the US....any suggestions?

I'll assume you don't have an IT or IS department to guide you thru this process. You might also confer w/your local legal counsel who should also be capable of offering assistance. Sorry I couldn't be more specific.

This is not tongue-in-cheek, but a serious reply. What I typically do with training requests such as this one is tell the professional staff member that I will handle all the details, paperwork, check request, etc. All he has to do is locate a class, course, seminar or event to attend. The attorney in your case should be able to locate training.

I would recommend you contact the National Notary Organization at [url]www.NationalNotary.org[/url]. They have been very active in the area of electronic signatures and offer a program called enjoa. If they cannot provide the training you seek I am resonably sure they would be able to refer you to an expert.
