I just received notification from a HR organization we belong to that President Bush signed the "Veterans Benefits Improvement Act of 2004" back in December. This will have two major provisions that will have a direct impact on employers. They are working on a notice that must be posted no later than March 10, 2005. It addresses health insurance and COBRA coverage for employees in the military.
