Mortgage Originators/ Exempt Status Lawsuit

Sometime earlier this year, there were articles about a company sued by its mortgage originators over their exempt status. They were judged to be non-exempt and cost the company ooddles of money. I need to find info on the case. Can anyone help? Thanks

I haven't heard of this one, but would also be interested in knowing more about it. Do you know if this was before or after the reg changes last year?
