Travel Policy

Hello everyone,

I am insearch of some verbage that will assist me in writing a "travel" policy. I'm not looking for a huge detailed police, but one that covers for example; paying for the employees insurance deductible if they were to be involved in a car accident during work hours.

If anyone has an existing policy that would be willing to share I would appreciate it.

This is my first posting, I'm the new guy here, so I hope I'm following proper etiquette.

Dynamic: Did anyone explain the dues to you? You must go through Ray on the initial question posted and he will explain the cash fee for that. (I can't help with the travel policy, but this will bump your question back up to the top for exposure. Get that fee going and Happy Holiday!)

I'm pasting in an incredibly long link so e-mail me if you can't get it to work. I used to work for a non-profit that adopted its travel policy from the Federal Travel Regulations. I can't guarantee this won't put you to sleep, but it could be a place to start.

Travel policies depend on the type of travel your employees have to do, so adjust accordingly.
