Background Check in West Virginia

I have been assigned to conduct a background check on a potential new employee who just moved to Utah from Beckley, West Virginia. The potential employee is fully aware that we are going to check their background and have signed the appropriate releases. Having not conducted a background check on someone from West Virinia before, does anyone have any suggestions for either state agency contacts or a vendor to request this information from???
