Harassment in Construction Industry

I have recently received a complaint from an employee who feels that he is being sexually harassed by his co-workers. Situation has been addressed and resolved however thought this would be a great time for refresher training in this area. Therefore, I am looking for reasonably priced and/or free resources regarding sexual harrasment training for the construction industry.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    Welcome to the forum, MLGray. There's copious material available. Your liability carrier may have free training or may provide you with free material. Lots of videos and booklets from various publishers available, but not free. Do you have a policy in an employee handbook? If so, it probably gives the definition of 'harassment' and explains the complaint and resolution process. You should review this policy annually and have all employees sign off on the training. You won't find anything specific to the construction industry. Sexual harassment is the same in any workplace.
