Has anyone had to prepare corp resolution(s)/policies attesting that HR complies with all the Ex. Orders cited in the contracts? If so, would you share, or guide me to some assistance. This is new territory for us. Any help or thoughts appreciated.

Wow, that's an interesting concept. I'm curious about the origin of that request. From your liability people? From an Affirmative Action Plan? A grant application? Sorry I can't offer any help.
