I have superintendents and first line supervisors that need development in the areas of conducting effective meetings, facilitating meetings, getting group participation in meetings.

I desire a first-class provider. Does anyone have any recommendations?

As a starting point, I highly recommend a film by John Cleese called "Meetings, Bloody Meetings" by Video Arts (I think).

John Cleese makes an otherwise dry topic very entertaining and it will keep your managers laughing - but the comedy doesn't get in the way of the message. Good luck.

SkillPath is pretty good too...their trainers are perky and get people involved. You can either take a scheduled class or they will send a trainer to your business to develop a program for you.

We used this for contract negotiations, and found them to be well worth the expense.
