Investigating Allegations of Employee Misconduct

I just received some information to take a class on "7 Steps to investigate allegations of employee misconduct" given by Brightline Compliance. Do any of you have experience with this company and/or any other suggestions on making sure I'm in compliance with training, investigating and compliance?

$$$ I thought about asking for a commission, but everything I've been pitching lately is free to Forumites (a/k/a subscribers). So 10% of $0 is ... probably not worth the trouble. xx(

I enthusiastically echo James' comments. I refer to my copy of the report all the time, ever since I downloaded it a year or so ago. It sits in my bookcase right next to our employee handbook.

Not that I have much of a need for such a report, you understand... x;-)
