EEO-1 Report

Hi Everyone,
How is everyone doing? It's been a while since I posted anything... but I'm back! x:D
Last year the Joint Reporting Committee released draft instructions for this year's EEO-1 report where they had actually broken down the employee classifications, i.e.; white, black, asian, etc. farther as follows:
· White
· Black or African American
· Asian
· Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander
· American Indian or Alaska Native
· Two or More Races
I've looked on the Joint Reporting Committee's website to see if they ever finalized their new reporting guidelines but was unable to find anything. Does anyone know if this was ever finalized or are we still using the basic 5?
Thanks!

Black (not of Hispanic origin)
Hispanic
Asian or Pacific Islander, and
American Indian or Alaskan Native
I have not seen anything recently about breaking things down any further and using the two or more races category, although they did allude to it last year. I'm still using the above classifications. If anyone knows differently, please let us know as these will be due within the next couple of months. Thanks for bringing this up LFernandes.
