Termination Letter

We're in the process of terminating an employee who simply doesn't fit with the company. The employee's work is adequate at best and we'd like to replace her with a go-getter. Any thoughts on language for the termination letter?

I agree with Don. Just relay verbally your reasons for termination. Don't give them anything in writing that could possibly be used against you.
