Attendance Policy

Greetings and Salutations! Just wondering if any of you might have an attendance policy that covers FT non-exempt employees. Contracts usually cover hours worked, but policy manuals should cover attendance. I 'm looking for something that's simple to understand, covers any and all reasons someone could be absent or late and let's them know that there will be penalties for abuse. You know, the ideal attendance policy that's self-explanatory and enforceable! Simple, right? Hoping to hear from some of you!
