Candidate's Right To Know

Do candidates for employment have a right to know (or an ability to have disclosed) written findings or comments entered into their file during the interview process?

Do they have a right to know the results of psychological testing they took as part of the application process?

Do they have the right to know the results of any credit reports, drug tests, or background checks made during the application process?

Do any of the answers to these questions change, once one becomes an employee?
