Light duty policies

Does anyone have a good, workable, 'Light Duty' and 'Return to Work' Policy they would share with me? I'm having trouble finding a sample that I can tailor to our mfg. business.

I don't know how to 'enable' the 'email address' so here it is! Please send the Light Duty and Return to Work Policies to:

I don't know how general or specific of a policy you're looking for, but there's a general policy in the Subscribers Area of this website, if you're an Employment Law Letter subscriber.

Log in (blue button at top of this page), then go to HR Tools in the middle of the page and click on "Sample Policies & Procedures." The policy is down toward the bottom, "Temporary Modified Duty."

Y-Y-EAAHHH!!!!!! SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME! I've been trying to figure it out, been into all kinds of areas and I guess I'm 'brain dead'. How DO? you enable the email???

OK, I'm confused. Are you talking about clicking on this icon [url]http://www.hrhero.com/employersforum/Images/email.gif[/url] to send Barb a regular e-mail? Or this icon [url]http://www.hrhero.com/employersforum/Images/mesg.gif[/url] to use the Forum's private message system?

Both of those icons seem to be working for me. What happens (or doesn't happen) when you click on them?

When I click, both work for me.

James, this happens frequently with me as well whenever I click on someone's icon....inevitably I get the error message that Pork has described.
