Jury pay in NE?

Hi

I understand that unlike most states, NE requires certain jury pay. Can anyone summarize the NE requirements (for nonexempt ee) or provide a cite? thanks

Nebraska considers this a paid leave and requires employers to pay full salary minus any compensation by the court. Neb. Rev. Stat. 25-1640

We are located in Nebraska and require employees to provide a copy of the subpoena/summons for jury duty. They record the time taken off for jury duty, but we pay as normal. Then the employee gives us a copy of the check they receive from the court for the jury duty. We then subtract that amount from their pay check. We split out the mileage from the court fee and the employee keeps all the mileage.
