Time Keeping Solutions

I am currently in the process of searching for a time keeping solution.
These are the needs I have:
1) Internet based from a secure IP address OR a program that can be loaded on a server, which can be accessed in five states.
2) Each employee needs to be able to be "programed" meaning that I can set them up to have an hour added back in to their time for lunch or to block them from clocking in before 8 or after 6.
3) Affordable.
4) Can automatically export into a spreadsheet or directly into a Paychex system.
So, now that I have said all that, anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? Would appreciate any feedback or recommendations. Thanks!
