Job Posting?

LAST EDITED ON 04-27-04 AT 12:31PM (CST)[br][br]My company does not accept applications from the general public. We list our job openings with the state employment office. Sometimes one of our district offices will use a temp service to fill an immediate employee need. If we decide to hire one of these employees from the temp agency, do we need to list this position with the state employment office?

 • assuming you have not entered into an agreement that you will hire exclusively through the MESC, then no problem. if you have, you may be able to send the applicant to the MESC and then hire through them once the paperwork is done.
