New Federal Law

Is anyone aware of a new federal law that becomes effective on April 28 for government contracts that require them to post notices informing employees they do not have to belong to a union. Our contracts director received this notice and she wanted to see if HR was aware of this new law. I have not heard of this proposed law. If anyone has heard of this new law, please tell me where I may find it. Thanks

    She 'received notice' from whom? I'd start there. Haven't heard of this one. We're a 'Right To Work' state and that's already the law here. I would think that unions in plants with government contracts, in non-right-to-work states, would find this quite contradictory with existing law.
