I am looking for a seminar or training session geared toward women who are moving from front line positions to leadership/management positions. I would like the focus to be on their personal development; dressing appropriately, communicating with confidence, taking ownership, etc. Anyone know of a good program?

They have a large selection of seminars, some focused on women.

You may also want to consider finding your local chapter of Toastmasters...this group meets once a month and gives speeches/presentations and the other members of the group help point out areas of improvement....
