Labor Law Posters - International

Does anyone know if there is any requirement to post federal labor law posters in overseas work locations? I am under the assumption that there is no requirement but I can't seem to find anything addressing this issue. Realizing that ADA, ADEA and Title VII apply to US citizens working overseas, there may be a requirement for these postings.

    29 CFR 825.300 States: Every employer covered by the FMLA is required to post and keep posted on its premises, in conspicuous places where employees are employed, whether or not it has any eligible employees, a notice explaining the Act's provisions and providing information concerning the procedures for filing complaints of violations of the acdt with The Wage And Hour Division.

    It goes on to say "An employer that willfully violates.....may be assessed a civil money penalty...not to exceed $100 for each separate offense."

    and, "Where an employer's workforce is comprised of a significant portion of workers who are not literate in English, the employer shall be responsible for providing the notice in a language in which the employees are literate."
