The insurance carrier providing the health plan we offer to employees has changed their application to include PHI. Our financial dept. feels very strongly that we should be able to see all insurance applications and keep copies - excluding the medical history portion. The new applications are not designed to allow us to see any without seeing all. What is the consensus on this?
