We are setting up a safety committee. Would appreciate any help in setting up JD's for safety captain and memembers of the safety committee.

    The DOL performed a "complimentary" safety inspection of our building and Safety Plan at the end of last year. The DOL inspector was extremely nice and very helpful. We did not have a SAFETY PLAN so the inspector e-mailed us a sample plan. I will be glad to e-mail it to you if you would like. It includes job responsibilities by position. Feel free to send me an e-mail rather than post your address.
