Update on Case Manager

Our problem case manager has verbally resigned and we have verbally accepted. This is after promising the FML certification that never arrived. She had told her supervisor that she was placed on "bed-rest orders" from her doctor. She did finally bring in doctors notes restricting her from working for the periods covered.

Then her supervisor got a call from a lady that works for a local government who was at the final interview stage. During the periods of supposed bed rest, she had been on three 2 hour interviews and had progressed to the final interview state. We do not give out information about the EE unless we have a release signed by the EE. But when the lady asked our supervisor if we would rehire, she said "No." Now the agency wants evaluations and copies of any write-ups. I advised that they should request those from the EE, but if we had a release, we would provide them.

That's the update, still waiting for the release.
