Before hire testing...Need ASAP!

Can we have a prospective ee come in on a Saturday for 1 to 2 hrs and receive monetary compensation for time to evaluate his experience and capabilities?

If so, what would we be required to do or provide in order to COA if the person does not work out.

The position is not a strenuous one, would W/C be an issue?
