Compensation Survey

We are a small (26 employees), non-for-profit organziation and I need to purchase a compensation survey. Does anyone know where I can purchase a quality survey w/o it costing an arm and a leg? Any input would be greatly appreciatd. Thanks in advance.

Search for an Employers Association for your county or area, ask if they conduct annual salary surveys of their members. Often enough, these Associations give the results free to those who participate. We participate in the survey for our area, and the time is worth it. Good luck!
