Does anyone have a standard policy for how to use the information gained in the background checks?

It seems to me it's more defensible if it is consistant for all employees of a given level or responsibility.

I've been working on such a policy...but it's hard with so many different job descriptions!!! I'm having a hard time getting everyone on board with the idea..

I agree the more tangible the methodology the fewer headaches you'll have.
