Yes, I am a disgruntled ex employee looking for advice, but I am a disgruntled ex HR employee as a lot of you know.
My ex employer has failed to send me COBRA notification within the required amount of time. I was wondering what are the consequences are of this?
Of course I wouldn't know as I never, ever goofed on government compliance;00 x:00
