What have your companies in the medical field been giving for raises this year? We did 4% for outstanding, 3% above average, 2% for average.

Also, in the midwest region, I am interested in salary ranges for a Personnel/Office Manager, staff of 15 and one very busy physician who sees 55+ patients a day.

We are funded primarily by medicaid who has not given us a raise in per diems in 3 years. We are a long term care facility. We have been able to give a one time bonus which equals 3% of annualized.
