Recruitment Strategies

Hello All,

I work for in the healthcare industry. We are a small setting acute care hospitals, so our level of accuity is very high. We are in Arizona which is a tough market to staff nurses in. Wondering if any of you Healthcare HR professionals used any other form of creative recruitment for your facilities besides the usual(newspaper, web listing, monster, job fairs...ect.) We are in desperate need to fill our facilities but many of the things we are trying to target nurses is not working just wanted to know if anyone has fresh ideas we can consider.
