Small Business vs Large Business?

When involved with federal contracts, we are required to complete questionnaires and "certifications" which will ask if we are a "Small business or a Large business"... can anyone tell me what the government "definition" is of these classifications?

You may want to try this link for Small Business Association. At least it has the definition of a Small Business and you can go from there.
