HRIS - ROI

Currently, our company has over 250 employees with a manual time cards and do not have any IT products. Time & attendence is taking lot of time and I am pushing to implement some kind of Time & Attendence / HRIS in our company. In order to get an approval, I have to convince with a ROI analysis.
