Benefit (or Compensation) Letter

Do any of you do a Benefit Letter or Compensation Letter as an annual thing to inform your workforce of what they "really" earn with all perks and taxes included? If so, can you share an example of what you have done? I promise not to plagiarize unless you specifically give me the okay.
